Job Overview

Daksh Group of Companies is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive B2B sales in the pharmaceutical sector. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling platforms like IndiaMART and be capable of generating leads, converting inquiries, and building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and convert B2B inquiries received through platforms like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and other digital channels
• Generate new business opportunities and expand the distributor/dealer network
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and ensure timely closures
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and payment follow-ups
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain CRM/data of leads and client interactions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Freshers are also welcome
• 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in Pharma/Veterinary/Healthcare sector)
• Hands-on experience with IndiaMART or similar B2B platforms is mandatory
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of pharmaceutical products and market dynamics
• Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
• Preferred Qualifications:Experience in PCD Pharma / Veterinary Pharma sales
• Existing network of distributors or clients in pharma industry.
