Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities: Sales Team Coordination Act as the main point of contact for the sales team for internal coordination.
  • Ensure daily task alignment among sales executives.
  • Schedule and coordinate team meetings, training sessions, and client visits.
  • Maintain and distribute sales activity reports and performance trackers.
  • Communication Relay information efficiently via verbal communication, phone, email, or chat tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams).
  • Follow up on pending tasks, client updates, and interdepartmental requests.
  • Draft and distribute team announcements, reminders, and memos.
  • CRM & Application SupportAssist sales team in updating client data, follow-ups, and task tracking in the CRM system.
  • Provide basic training or support in using sales-related software and applications.
  • Ensure data accuracy and timely input of sales information.
  • Office Administrative SupportMaintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
  • Handle routine office tasks such as document preparation, printing, and mailing.
  • Support procurement of office supplies and maintain office inventory.
  • Key Skills & Competencies:Strong verbal and written communication
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Familiarity with sales tools (CRM, MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.)
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in coordination, sales support, or administrative roles
  • Proficiency in office software and communication tools
  • Performance Metrics: Timeliness of communication and coordination
  • Internal team satisfaction and responsiveness
  • Efficiency in handling administrative tasks
