Job Description
Surveillance: Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems to detect suspicious behavior or safety hazards.
Patrol: Conduct regular foot or vehicle patrols of the interior and exterior perimeters to ensure all access points (doors, windows, gates) are secure.
Access Control: Authorize entrance of people and vehicles; check IDs or badges as required by company policy.
Incident Reporting: Provide detailed written reports of daily activities, irregularities, or suspicious incidents.
Emergency Response: Act as a first responder during fires, medical emergencies, or security breaches; coordinate with local law enforcement and fire departments.
Customer Service: Assist guests and employees with directions or general inquiries while maintaining a professional demeanor.
