Service And Installation Engineer

1 Install, commission, and troubleshoot Hybrid Inverters and Battery Storage Systems. 

2 Conduct site inspections, testing, and system performance verification. 

3 Diagnose faults and coordinate with technical teams for resolution. 

4 Service inverters and prepare service reports. 

5 Ensure compliance with safety standards and company SOPs. 

6 Provide technical support and basic operational guidance to customers. 

7 Coordinate hybrid inverter installation and commissioning activities.

8 Verify installation documents, commissioning reports, and system configurations.

9 Monitor project progress and maintain installation, warranty, and service records.

10 Schedule installations, maintenance, and site visits with field teams.

11 Monitor inverter performance through remote monitoring platforms.

12 Track system alarms, faults, and coordinate troubleshooting with field engineers/OEMs.

13 Generate performance, operational, and service reports.

14 Maintain documentation in compliance with company SOPs and safety standards.

15 Assist customers with basic operational queries, warranty registrations, and service requests.

16 Ensure effective communication with customers and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
