Job Description
Sr. Executive – Design & Production
Ruhani Industries Pvt. Ltd. – ALFA Furniture
📍 Work Locations: Panchkula (Phase 1 & 2) & Batwal (Near Rai Purani)
Eligibility:
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks (2D/3D)
- Experience: 3–5 Years
- Age: 25–35 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and develop 2D & 3D product designs using AutoCAD and SolidWorks
- Create detailed manufacturing drawings, and assemblies
- Coordinate with production teams for smooth execution of designs
- Optimize product designs for quality, functionality, and cost efficiency
- Monitor production processes and resolve technical/design-related issues
- Support new product development and design modifications
- Ensure adherence to production timelines and quality standards
- Work closely with internal teams for process improvement and execution
Compensation & Benefits:
💰 Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹30,000/month + PF + Bonus + Gratuity & other benefits
Higher starting salary can be offered to deserving candidates.
Preference: Local candidates will be preferred.
