Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a confident and persuasive Debt Recovery Executive to handle overdue customer accounts and ensure timely collection of payments. The role requires strong communication skills, patience under pressure, and the ability to negotiate professionally while maintaining customer relationships. In many ways, this role sits at the crossroads of discipline and diplomacy — balancing firmness with empathy so that conversations do not become collisions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCall customers regarding pending or overdue payments
• Follow up regularly through phone calls, SMS, email, or WhatsApp
• Explain repayment schedules and outstanding balances clearly
• Negotiate payment plans and settlement options when required
• Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and commitments
• Resolve customer queries related to dues and payment processes
• Achieve daily and monthly collection targets
• Coordinate with field recovery teams if necessary
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines during recovery activities
• Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel familiarity
• Ability to handle difficult conversations calmly
• Strong negotiation and follow-up abilities
• Target-oriented mindset
• Fluent in Hindi, Punjabi, and basic English preferred
• QualificationMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
• Experience in telecalling, collections, customer service, or sales is an advantage
