Job Description
We are hiring a dynamic and enthusiastic Tele Caller Executive (Pharma Sales) to join our team. The role involves calling potential customers, promoting pharmaceutical products, generating leads, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to distributors, retailers, and healthcare clients
Promote products and explain offers effectively
Generate and follow up on sales leads
Maintain customer database and daily call reports
Handle customer queries professionally
Coordinate with the sales team to achieve targets
Requirements
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of pharma products is preferred
Experience in tele-calling or sales is an advantage
Comfortable with MS Excel, CRM, and WhatsApp communication
Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
