📝 Job Overview: Hiring Telesales Executives to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, and convert them into customers through effective communication and convincing skills.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Inform customers about products, services, and offers
• Generate and convert leads into sales
• Understand customer needs and provide solutions
• Maintain call records and follow-ups
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
