Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to clients and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Follow up with existing and potential customers regarding company products/services.
  • Maintain accurate client data in Microsoft Excel and the company software/CRM.
  • Coordinate with senior team members for client updates and task execution.
  • Record call details, customer feedback, and follow-up activities.
  • Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when required.
  • Achieve daily call and follow-up targets.
  • Ensure professional communication with clients at all times.
