Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and experience with accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.

Prepare and manage invoices, payments, receipts, and bank reconciliations.

Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.

Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Maintain general ledger and journal entries.

Process payroll and employee reimbursements.

Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Monitor cash flow and support budgeting activities.

Maintain accurate financial documentation and records.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

1–5 years of experience as an Accountant.

Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and bookkeeping.

Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Experience with ERP software.

Good understanding of financial reporting and taxation.

Problem-solving and time management skills.
