Job Title: Phlebotomist Cum Centre Manager
Location: Pandua, Hooghly
Organization: Diagnostics Centre
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Phlebotomist to join our diagnostics centre at Pandua. The candidate will be responsible for collecting blood samples, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect blood samples from patients using proper techniques
- Ensure patient identification and accurate labeling of samples
- Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of equipment
- Handle and transport specimens safely to the laboratory
- Follow all safety and infection control protocols
- Maintain patient records and documentation
- Provide a calm and professional experience for patients
Requirements:
- Certification or training in phlebotomy or medical laboratory technology
- Prior experience in a diagnostic centre or hospital preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle patients with care and professionalism
- Knowledge of basic medical procedures and safety guidelines
