*Job Description: Field Sales Executive (Secondary Sales)*

We are seeking a results-driven Field Sales Executive with a proven track record in secondary sales to join our team. This role is specifically designed for candidates who are currently based in their hometowns and possess a deep understanding of their local market geography and retail landscape.

*Role Overview*

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be the face of the company on the ground. Your primary objective is to drive secondary sales by managing dealer/retailer relationships, ensuring product availability, and expanding our market footprint within your assigned territory.

*Key Responsibilities*

Secondary Sales Management: Drive primary-to-secondary conversion by ensuring retailers are consistently stocked and products are moving off the shelves.

*Retailer Engagement:* Visit a set number of retail outlets daily to take orders, check inventory levels, and ensure prominent merchandising.

*Relationship Building:* Maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributors and shop owners to ensure our brand remains a top priority.

*Experience* : 1–4 years of experience in Field Sales (FMCG, FMCD, or Telecom preferred).

*Note: We are looking for experienced professionals; fresher profiles will not be considered.*

*Skillset:* Strong negotiation skills, persuasive communication, and a "go-getter" attitude.

*Mandatory:* Must own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
