Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Medical Sales Representative to promote and sell our medical products to doctors, clinics, and hospitals in Panipat and nearby areas under 75km radius . The candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with doctors, generating sales, and ensuring consistent market presence.

1. Key Responsibilities:

• Visit doctors, clinics, nursing homes, and hospitals regularly
• Promote and explain medical products to doctors professionally
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals
• Generate orders and achieve monthly sales targets
• Conduct product demonstrations and support trials if required
• Collect market feedback and share competitor insights
• Ensure timely follow-ups and order closure
• Maintain daily call reports and sales records

1. Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in medical/pharma/device sales preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to explain product benefits clearly to doctors
• Willingness to work in the field and meet sales targets
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and reporting tools
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
