Financial Auditor

1 - Internal Audit & Compliance

• Conduct regular internal audits of all financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.
• Ensure all financial operations comply with the latest Indian Labor Codes and statutory requirements.
• Verify compliance with tax laws (GST, TDS) and company internal policies.

2 - Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Review and analyze balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports for accuracy.
• Identify discrepancies or irregularities in financial records and suggest corrective actions immediately.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports for the Managing Directors to assist in strategic decision-making.

3 -  Internal Controls & Risk Management

• Evaluate existing internal control systems and recommend improvements to prevent fraud or financial leakage.
• Monitor budget vs. actual expenditure across different departments (Feed Mill, Hatcheries, and Farms).
• Ensure that all physical assets are properly recorded and reconciled with the books of accounts.

4 - Process Optimization

• Audit procurement and supply chain processes, including dealings with contractors and external vendors.
• Review salary structures and CTC breakups to ensure they align with the current legal framework.
• Coordinate with external auditors during year-end financial closures and statutory audits.
