Job Title: Hotel General Manager / Operations Manager

We are looking for a smart, professional and experienced Hotel Manager for our luxury hotel. Candidate should be capable of handling complete hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, restaurant, rooftop, banquet and guest services.

Requirements:

• Good personality and professional communication skills
• Experience in hotel operations and staff management
• Ability to handle reception, housekeeping, restaurant and banquet operations
• Knowledge of guest handling and customer satisfaction
• Team leadership and discipline management skills
• Basic knowledge of PMS software and hotel bookings
• Ability to increase room occupancy and hotel sales
• Understanding of online platforms like OTA, Zomato, Swiggy and social media promotions
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to maintain luxury hotel standards and ambience

Responsibilities:

• Manage complete hotel operations smoothly
• Supervise staff and maintain grooming standards
• Ensure excellent guest experience and fast service
• Handle daily reports, occupancy and revenue management
• Coordinate with all departments efficiently
