About the Role
Horizon Corporate Services is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for the BFSI sector, ensuring quality hiring within defined timelines while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for BFSI clients.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct telephonic and preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
