Job Title
Interior Site Supervisor
Job Summary
An Interior Site Supervisor oversees interior fit-out and finishing work at construction or renovation sites. They coordinate labor, contractors, materials, and timelines to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to design specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily interior fit-out activities at site
Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and vendors
Monitor execution of civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, flooring, and furniture work
Ensure work is completed as per drawings, BOQ, and project specifications
Check quality of materials and workmanship
Prepare daily progress reports and update project status
Manage labor attendance and productivity
Ensure safety standards and site discipline are maintained
Handle site measurements and material requirements
Resolve on-site issues and coordinate with clients when required
Ensure timely completion of projects
Required Skills
Knowledge of interior finishing and fit-out work
Ability to read drawings and layouts
Site management and labor handling skills
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel
Good communication and coordination abilities
Understanding of material estimation and quality checks
Problem-solving and multitasking skills
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
1–5 years of experience in interior or construction site supervision
Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply for junior roles
