Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily production activities and ensure smooth workflow.
- Prepare and monitor production schedules as per customer requirements.
- Follow up with dyeing, weaving, tufting, finishing, and packing departments.
- Track order status and ensure on-time completion and dispatch.
- Update production reports, daily progress reports.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and production targets.
- Maintain ERP/MIS records and production documentation.
- Support inventory control and material planning activities.
- Communicate production updates to management and relevant departments.
Required Skills
- Required SkillsStrong production planning and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of textile/rug manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Excellent follow-up abilities.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle multiple orders simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills
