WE ARE HIRING – PROJECT MANAGER (PEB)
SModi Infrasteel Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its project execution team and is looking for an experienced Project Manager – PEB to lead industrial and commercial Pre-Engineered Building projects from planning to handover.

Location: israna Panipat, Haryana

Job Description
The Project Manager will be responsible for the complete execution of PEB projects, including planning, coordination, erection, sheeting, client management, quality control, safety compliance, and project closure. The candidate should have strong experience in handling large-scale structural steel projects and managing site teams to achieve project milestones within the committed timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop project execution plans and site deployment strategies
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones
- Coordinate with design, production, procurement, logistics, and site teams
- Resolve technical and execution-related challenges at site
Site Management
- Supervise structural steel erection, sheeting, cladding, trim work, and finishing activities
- Manage site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and labour teams
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials
- Monitor daily progress and maintain project records
Client & Consultant Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants
- Attend project review meetings and provide execution updates
- Ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders
- Manage project documentation, approvals, and inspections
Quality & Safety
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Implement and monitor site safety procedures and statutory requirements
- Conduct regular inspections and corrective actions to maintain project quality
Commercial & Material Control
- Monitor project budgets and resource utilization
- Coordinate material planning and dispatch schedules
- Track material consumption and minimize wastage
- Support billing, measurements, and project closure activities
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering
- 8–15 years of experience in PEB or Structural Steel Projects
- Strong knowledge of steel structures, erection methodology, roofing systems, and site execution
- Experience in handling industrial buildings, warehouses, factories, logistics parks, and commercial structures
- Ability to lead large site teams and manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in project reporting and documentation
