REGIONAL RECOVERY MANAGER - II
- Delinquency Management will be assessed based on the resolution which we committed. Resolutions - (Bucket 2 - 85%, Bucket 3 - 80%, NPA as per the targets). Rollback 25%, Field visit discipline.
- .Vendor management will be assessed based on the Hand holding and enabling them to deliver the given targets with field discipline and process management.
- Team Building will be assessed based on the attrition, training and escalation.
- Adhering to the industry regulations, organizational standards, ethics and procedures.
Display of core values and culture at work while interacting with Internal and external stakeholder.
