As a Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our business loan portfolio by targeting potential clients and offering tailored financial solutions. Your expertise in sales and understanding of the market will be key in achieving our business goals.- Develop and execute sales strategies to target potential clients for business loans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and offering suitable loan products.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Prepare and present loan proposals, highlighting the benefits and features of our business loan products.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a positive and professional client experience.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and loan applications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to provide competitive solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support to retain client satisfaction.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall business growth.
- A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of business loan products and the ability to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building a network of clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
- A self-motivated and results-driven attitude with a passion for sales and client relationships.
