Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven IT Sales Executive to generate new business, build client relationships, and sell IT products, software, and technology services.
Key responsibilities
- Identify prospective clients through calls, email outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Understand customer business needs and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Present product demonstrations, proposals, quotations, and sales pitches.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain customer relationships and support account growth.
- Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for solution design and implementation.
- Track leads, opportunities, and sales activity in a CRM system.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and new technology offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT sales, software sales, SaaS, or technology services preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical solutions in clear business terms.
- Experience with CRM tools and lead-generation platforms is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with client meetings.
