As the Team Collections Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving efficient and effective collection strategies, ensuring timely recovery, and optimizing cost allocation processes. • Lead and manage a team of collections professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and efficient operations.
• Develop and implement collection strategies tailored to the Relationship Banking Group's portfolio, focusing on CV, CE, and SA segments.
• Monitor and analyze collection performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and effective recovery processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to collections and recovery.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all collection activities, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management, highlighting key trends and areas of concern.
