Territory Sales Manager-Vishwas-Sales
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales performance of the Vishwas-Sales department. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills, as you will be managing and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve optimal results. You will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and market penetration.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the sales team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to align sales efforts and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, promoting the brand and building a positive reputation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of successful sales leadership and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in using sales management tools and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel as required for business development and client meetings.
