Experience Required: 5–6 Years

Qualification: B.Com (Minimum)

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience)

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Procurement & Sales Operations Executive to manage purchase coordination, vendor interactions, and sales documentation. The selected candidate will work closely with the Business Head and Accounts team to ensure smooth procurement processes and accurate transaction documentation.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage procurement operations, including raising and tracking Purchase Orders (POs) with suppliers.
• Generate GST-compliant Sales Invoices and E-Invoices using Tally Prime.
• Prepare and manage E-Way Bills for dispatches in compliance with GST regulations.
• Coordinate effectively with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods.
• Maintain accurate purchase and sales records within the accounting system.
• Assist the accounts team with basic accounting entries and documentation related to purchases and sales.
• Monitor order status and ensure smooth vendor management and logistics coordination.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum Qualification: B.Com or equivalent.
• Experience: 5–6 years in procurement, purchase coordination, or sales documentation roles.
• Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime.
• Practical knowledge of GST billing, E-Invoicing, and E-Way Bill generation.
• Strong coordination and communication skills for working with vendors, transporters, and internal teams.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and documentation.
