Site execution monitoring as per approved drawings and specifications.

Quality control and workmanship inspection of all civil and finishing works.

Coordination with contractors, vendors, consultants, and subcontractors.

Monitoring project progress and ensuring timely completion of activities.

Verification of contractor measurements, BOQ quantities, and RA bills.

Monitoring site material usage, approved brands, and wastage control.

Maintaining DPR, checklists, MOM, inspection reports, and site records.

Ensuring compliance with safety procedures and PPE usage at site.

Identification and closure of snag points and quality defects.

Coordination with client and consultants for approvals and issue resolution.

Monitoring labour productivity and site resource management.

Reporting daily progress, delays, and critical site issues to management.

Supporting material reconciliation and quantity verification.

Ensuring execution as per project timeline and planned schedule.

Assisting in testing, inspections, and final project handover activities.
