Job SummaryThe Food & Beverage Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring a pleasant guest experience at the outlet. The role requires a customer-focused attitude, operational efficiency, and adherence to food safety standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer ServiceGreet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and process billing transactions.
• Address customer queries, complaints, and feedback promptly.
• Ensure a positive and memorable customer experience.
• Food & Beverage OperationsPrepare and serve tea, beverages, snacks, and other menu items as per company standards.
• Ensure consistency in product quality, taste, and presentation.
• Replenish ingredients, packaging materials, and supplies as required.
• Follow standard recipes and portion control guidelines.
• Store OperationsMaintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet, kitchen, counters, seating area, and equipment.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures of the outlet.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor.
• Support inventory counting and stock management activities.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food products.
• Compliance & SafetyFollow Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) guidelines and company SOPs.
• Adhere to health, hygiene, grooming, and safety standards.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and utensils.
• EligibilityMinimum 10th Pass or Higher Secondary.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in cafés, restaurants, QSRs, tea outlets, or the food and beverage industry will be an added advantage.
