Job Description

Luxescape Realty & Group of Companies is looking for a dynamic, organized, and proactive HR & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day human resource operations and administrative activities across the organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, people management abilities, and a professional approach towards office administration and employee coordination.


Human Resource & Admin Responsibilities:

  • Handle recruitment activities including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate employee joining and exit formalities.
  • Assist in payroll coordination and statutory compliance documentation.
  • Support employee engagement activities and workplace culture initiatives.
  • Draft HR letters, agreements, notices, and internal communications.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
  • Coordinate with different departments for manpower requirements.
  • Manage office administration and daily operational support.
  • Support management in handling documentation and coordination tasks across group companies.


Required Skills:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and labour compliance.
  • Professional attitude with problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
