Key Responsibilities

Influencer Marketing

• Identify and connect with Instagram influencers across India.

• Negotiate collaborations, barter deals, and paid promotions.

• Coordinate reel creation and content campaigns.

• Track influencer performance and ROI.

• Build a database of fashion, lifestyle, beauty, and women’s influencers.

Reseller Recruitment

• Recruit women resellers across India through Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other online channels.

• Conduct onboarding and training of new resellers.

• Manage reseller groups and provide support.

• Develop strategies to increase reseller acquisition and retention.

• Maintain reseller databases and performance reports.

Digital Marketing

• Create and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.

• Generate leads for reseller recruitment.

• Optimize ad performance and budgets.

• Work with creative teams to develop marketing materials.

Requirements

• Female candidate preferred due to the nature of the women’s lingerie category.

• Experience in Instagram marketing and influencer outreach.

• Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work remotely.

• Familiarity with Canva and social media content creation.

• Experience in reseller, affiliate, or direct-selling programs is a plus.

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

• Number of new resellers recruited monthly.

• Cost per reseller acquisition.

• Number of influencer collaborations secured.

• Reel views and engagement.

• Revenue generated through influencer campaigns.

• Growth of reseller network.

Suggested Salary Structure

Option 1: Fixed Salary

• ₹10,000–₹40,000/month depending on experience.

• Incentive per active reseller recruited.

• Bonus on influencer-driven sales.
