Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


* Oversee day-to-day operations of diagnostic centre

* Ensure smooth functioning of MRI, CT, and other modalities

* Manage staff, scheduling, and workflow efficiency

* Implement and monitor SOPs, protocols, and compliance

* Handle equipment maintenance and vendor coordination

* Ensure patient experience and service quality

* Monitor billing, reporting timelines, and TAT

* Maintain regulatory and NABH standards

* Identify and fix operational gaps.


Preferred Candidate:

* Experience in diagnostic centre / hospital operations

* Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

* Understanding of healthcare workflows

* Ability to manage multiple departments
