Job Description
Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting properties, managing client relationships, and closing sales deals while supporting the company’s marketing initiatives.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads through online platforms, networking, and marketing activities
- Respond to property inquiries and follow up with potential buyers
- Conduct property presentations and site visits with clients
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
- Maintain a database of prospects and clients
- Coordinate with developers, legal teams, and documentation staff during the sales process
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Promote company listings through social media, property portals, and digital marketing
- Stay updated with real estate trends and property market in Goa
- Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years experience in real estate sales or marketing
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong client handling and relationship-building abilities
- Knowledge of digital marketing and property portals is an advantage
- Self-motivated and target-driven personality
- Familiarity with Goa locations and property market is a plus
