Serving Staff – Chaato’s QSR (Panjim)

📌 Mission of the Role (WHO Style – Very Important)Within 3 months, the Serving Staff will:

• Deliver orders within 3 minutes during rush

• Maintain clean and organized serving counter at all times

• Ensure zero customer complaints about behavior

• Support smooth order flow during peak hours

• Maintain hygiene and uniform standards daily

This tells them performance expectations.

📌 Key Responsibilities• Hand over orders to customers quickly and accurately

• Maintain cleanliness of serving area

• Assist in refilling chutneys and toppings

• Support billing staff during rush

• Maintain proper queue discipline

• Inform manager of stock shortages

• Smile and greet customers politely

📌 Required Skills• Basic communication skills (Hindi/English/Konkani preferred)

• Fast working ability under pressure

• Neat and hygienic appearance

• Ability to stand for long hours

• Team player

• Positive and energetic attitude

📌 Preferred (Not Mandatory)• Previous restaurant/QSR experience

• Experience handling rush hour

• Experience in chaat/snack shop
