Account Manager

Job Title: Account Manager 

Job Location: Panvel 

Working days & Timing: 6 days; 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM and 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Job Role :

• Manage complete day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
• Supervise and manage the accounts team.
• Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate accounting entries.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and government authorities.
• Manage GST returns, TDS returns, and other regulatory filings.
• Ensure timely closure of monthly and annual accounts.
• Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial analysis.
• Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables, and working capital.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and applicable laws.
• Coordinate and support statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and financial issues.
• Ensure proper maintenance and documentation of financial records.
• Provide financial reports and insights to senior management.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Accounting & Finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.
• Experience in handling audits and managing accounting teams.
• Proficiency in Tally / ERP / accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
