Job Description

Maintain daily accounting entries and records.

Prepare sales, purchase, payment, and receipt vouchers.

Manage accounts payable and receivable.

Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance work.

Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.

Generate invoices, e-way bills, and related documentation.

Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS.

Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and customers regarding accounts.

Monitor outstanding payments and follow up for collections.
