About the RoleWe’re looking for an AI Filmmaker who combines storytelling, filmmaking, and generative AI to create compelling visual content.

This role goes beyond generating AI images. You’ll be responsible for transforming ideas into cinematic stories using AI-generated photos, videos, and microdramas. From writing prompts and maintaining character consistency to directing scenes and creating engaging narratives, you’ll own the creative process from concept to final output.

What You’ll Do

• Create cinematic AI-generated images with consistent characters, locations, and visual style.
• Produce AI-generated videos using the latest text-to-video and image-to-video models.
• Develop engaging AI-powered microdramas and short-form stories for social media.
• Write and refine prompts to achieve high-quality, production-ready visuals.
• Build storyboards and visual sequences before production.
• Maintain character and scene continuity across multiple shots.
• Work closely with writers and editors to bring scripts to life.
• Experiment with new AI tools, workflows, and creative techniques to improve quality and efficiency.

Required Skills

AI Image GenerationExperience with one or more of the following:

• Midjourney
• Google Gemini
• ChatGPT Image Generation
• Flux
• Ideogram
• Stable Diffusion
• ComfyUI

AI Video GenerationExperience with one or more of the following:

• Veo
• Kling
• Runway
• Pika
• Hailuo
• Luma Dream Machine
• PixVerse
• Additional SkillsStrong prompt engineering
• Understanding of cinematography, lighting, camera angles, and composition
• Ability to maintain character consistency across scenes
• Basic image editing using Photoshop or similar software
• Basic video editing using Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar tools
• Strong visual storytelling and creative thinking

Bonus Skills

• Experience creating viral Reels, Shorts, or TikTok-style content.
• Experience with AI voice generation and lip-sync tools (e.g., ElevenLabs).
• Storyboarding or pre-visualization experience.
• Knowledge of animation, VFX, or motion graphics.
• Understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
