Job Description

Manage and update customer information in the CRM system on a regular basis.

Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.

Draft and respond to emails.

Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth back-office operations.

Perform other administrative and back-office tasks as assigned.
