Billing Executive

Job Description: Billing ExecutiveWe are looking for a disciplined Billing Executive to handle our daily transport invoicing and payment recovery. The role requires high accuracy in data management and a professional approach to client communication.

• Key Responsibilities

Invoice Generation: Create accurate bills from Lorry Receipts (LR) using our specialized transport management software.

• Excel Record Keeping: Manually update and maintain all bill entries in Microsoft Excel according to our specific company format.

• Payment Follow-up: Actively follow up with a minimum of 10 companies to ensure timely payment against generated bills.

• Multi-Channel Communication: Conduct all payment inquiries and professional correspondence through both phone calls and emails.

• Daily Reporting: Compile and submit a daily activity report to the Manager (Vikas) before logging off, summarizing the day’s billing and collection status.

• RequirementsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with billing software.
• Strong communication skills for effective telephonic and email follow-ups.
• High attention to detail regarding transport documentation.
• Ability to meet daily reporting deadlines consistently.
