Job Description
Responsible for managing complete bodyshop operations including denting, painting, and accident repairs. Ensure timely vehicle delivery, high-quality work, and customer satisfaction. Handle insurance coordination, job estimation, and approvals. Lead and supervise the team, maintain productivity, and control costs. Ensure compliance with Maruti Suzuki standards and safety norms.
Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Automobile/Mechanical, 5–10 years experience in dealership bodyshop operations, strong leadership and customer handling skills.
