Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients from a provided database.
* Engage with prospective clients to understand their property requirements and interests.
* Effectively pitch the key features and benefits of our properties.
* Generate qualified leads by identifying interested prospects and persuading them for a site visit or an appointment with our sales managers.
* Diligently follow up with potential leads to nurture their interest and move them through the sales funnel.
* Maintain an accurate and detailed record (tally) of all calls, interactions, and lead status in the CRM software.
* Answer basic questions from clients and handle initial objections gracefully.
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, lead generation, and site visits.
* Coordinate seamlessly with the senior sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads.
