Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Pizza Preparation: Knead dough, prepare ingredients (chop vegetables, slice meats, make sauces), and assemble pizzas according to customer orders and recipes.
  • Cooking: Operate and monitor industrial pizza ovens (brick, stone, or conveyor) to ensure proper temperature, cooking time, and pizza quality.
  • Sanitation: Sterilize utensils, clean workstations, and follow all food safety protocols to maintain health regulations.
  • Efficiency & Quality Control: Work quickly to meet high-volume demands while ensuring consistent quality and proper portioning to reduce waste.
  • Inventory & Support: Monitor inventory levels for supplies and assist with other kitchen tasks, such as making appetizers (garlic bread, salads)
