Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and passionate Laban Dessert Maker to join our production team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality laban-based desserts while maintaining hygiene, consistency, and food safety standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare laban and other dairy-based desserts according to standard recipes.
• Measure, mix, and process ingredients accurately.
• Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of products.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area.
• Follow food safety and quality control procedures.
• Operate and clean kitchen/production equipment safely.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and storage of finished products.
• Monitor ingredient stock and report shortages.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production targets.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely order completion.
• Requirements1–3 years of experience in dessert making, dairy products, bakery, confectionery, or food production.
• Experience in preparing laban or Middle Eastern dairy desserts is preferred.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and sanitation practices.
• Ability to follow recipes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Willing to work flexible shifts if required.
• Preferred QualificationsExperience in commercial kitchens, bakeries, sweet shops, or food manufacturing units.
• Basic knowledge of food safety standards (FSSAI/HACCP) is an advantage.
