General Duty Assistants (GDA)

Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and responsible General Duty Assistants (GDA) to support patient care and assist medical staff in daily healthcare activities. The role involves ensuring patient comfort, hygiene, and basic care support.

• Key Responsibilities:Assist patients with daily activities like bathing, feeding, and mobility
• Support nurses and doctors in basic patient care
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of patient areas
• Help in shifting patients (bed to wheelchair, etc.)
• Monitor and report patient condition to nursing staff
• Ensure proper handling of medical equipment (basic level)
• Maintain patient records and assist in documentation (if required)
• Follow hospital safety and hygiene protocols
• Required Qualifications:Minimum: 10th / 12th pass
• Certification in GDA / Nursing Assistant course preferred
• Experience:Fresher or 0–2 years of experience in hospitals, clinics, or care centers
• Skills Required:Basic patient care knowledge
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach
• Physical stamina
• Ability to work in shifts

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (day/night)
• Physically fit for patient handling
