Graphic and Web Designer

Nigudkar Developers is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic & Web Designer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics, social media creatives, branding materials, website layouts, marketing campaigns, and digital content for real estate projects. The role includes designing brochures, banners, presentations, advertisements, landing pages, and maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Figma, Canva, and basic web design tools. Experience in social media marketing creatives, video thumbnails, UI/UX concepts, and website design will be an added advantage. The candidate should possess good creativity, communication skills, time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Design social media posts, banners, brochures, and advertisements
• Create website layouts and landing page designs
• Develop branding and marketing creatives for real estate projects
• Edit images and prepare presentation materials
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for campaign requirements
• Maintain design consistency across digital and print platforms
• Stay updated with latest design trends and tools

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, etc.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design preferred
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience in real estate or advertising industry is a plus
