  2. Pitch project details clearly & confidently
  3. Understand customer requirements & provide suitable property options
  4. Schedule and manage site visits with sales team
  5. Maintain daily follow-ups with interested clients
  6. Update lead information in CRM / Excel
  7. Coordinate with sales team to drive conversions
