Real Estate Sales Executive

Location: Old Panvel, Near Panvel Railway Station, Navi Mumbai

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Incentives: Up to ₹5,000+ per month based on sales performance

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, conducting site visits, explaining project features, and converting leads into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on sales leads.
• Handle walk-in customers, phone inquiries, and online leads.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Arrange and conduct project site visits.
• Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
• Negotiate with customers and close property sales.
• Maintain customer data and follow-ups in CRM or Excel.
• Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and documentation teams.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Stay updated on project information and the local real estate market.

Eligibility

• Graduate or HSC pass (Graduates preferred).
• Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
• Experience in real estate sales will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi are preferred.
