Job Description

Hiring a Closing Manager to handle client closures, deal negotiations, booking processes, and sales coordination in the real estate sector.

Responsibilities


  • Handle customer meetings and property closures
  • Coordinate with sales, CRM, and banking teams
  • Manage documentation and booking process
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Maintain client relationships and follow-ups



Requirements


  • 1+ years of real estate sales/closing experience
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-oriented and confident personality
  • Knowledge of CRM and MS Excel
