Job Description

Main Responsibilities of a Real Estate Sales Manager

1. Sales Target Achievement

Achieve monthly and yearly booking targets

Generate revenue for the project/company

Monitor team performance and daily sales activity

2. Team Management

Handle sales executives and channel partners

Conduct daily meetings and training sessions

Motivate team to improve site visits and closures

Assign leads and follow up on performance

3. Customer Handling

Meet important clients and investors

Solve customer objections and complaints

Negotiate pricing and payment plans

Maintain good customer relationships

4. Lead Generation & Marketing Coordination

Coordinate with digital marketing team for leads

Plan campaigns, events, exhibitions, and site visits

Maintain lead database and CRM updates

5. Site Visit & Conversion

Ensure proper project presentation during site visits

Explain amenities, pricing, RERA details, payment plans, possession timelines, etc.

Convert inquiries into bookings

6. Coordination with Builder & Management

Give sales reports to directors/builders

Discuss inventory status and pricing updates

Coordinate with legal, CRM, and accounts teams

7. Documentation & Compliance

Check booking forms and KYC documents

Ensure compliance with MahaRERA rules

Maintain booking records and agreements properly

8. Market Research

Analyze competitor projects

Track market trends, pricing, and customer demand

Suggest new sales strategies
