Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and converting prospects into site visits and bookings.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads
- Handle inbound inquiries and explain property details clearly
- Share information on pricing, location benefits, and project highlights
- Follow up with interested clients to convert leads into site visits
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls and leads in CRM/Excel
- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and closures
Key Skills Required:
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English; Marathi is a plus)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of real estate (preferred)
- Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
- Target-driven and self-motivated
Education:
HSC / Graduate
Working Details:
- Working Days: 6 Days a Week
- Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Work Mode: On-site
