Job Description

Project Sales Manager (Real Estate)Location: Panvel & Shirdhon, Navi Mumbai

Salary: ₹3,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 CTC (Based on Experience)

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Industry: Real Estate

Job Type: Full-Time

  • Job ResponsibilitiesGenerate and close sales for residential, commercial, and plotted real estate projects.
  • Meet potential customers through leads, references, site visits, and direct sales activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, builders, developers, and channel partners.
  • Conduct project presentations, client meetings, and property site visits.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable investment opportunities.
  • Negotiate pricing and successfully close deals.
  • Coordinate with the CRM, legal, and documentation teams to ensure smooth booking and registration.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
  • RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales or Project Sales.
  • Strong knowledge of the Panvel, Navi Mumbai, and surrounding real estate market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to independently generate leads and convert them into sales.
  • Candidate should be target-oriented and willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
  • Graduation preferred.
