Job Summary

Shivendra Properties is looking for a motivated and energetic Telesales Executive to generate leads, follow up with prospective clients, and schedule property site visits. The candidate should possess strong communication skills and be comfortable interacting with customers over phone calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Explain property details, pricing, and project benefits.
• Generate and qualify sales leads.
• Maintain customer databases and update CRM records.
• Follow up with interested buyers and investors.
• Schedule site visits for the sales team.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for campaign follow-ups.

Requirements

• Minimum HSC/Graduate.
• 0–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, customer service, or real estate sales.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM software preferred).
• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in real estate telecalling.
• Ability to handle objections and close appointments.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depending on experience)
